This project is funded by the European Union (EU) and is implemented by WYG International on behalf of the EU Delegation to Republic of Serbia.
As part of the celebration marking 158th anniversary of Polytechnical School in Kragujevac, newly established laboratories were officially opened. Laboratories have been equipped through ATC Serbia project, financed by the European Union within the framework of Regional Socio-Economic Development Program 2.
This project will secure equipping of three new laboratories which will host trainings on modern systems vehicles, as well as the basics of electrical engineering and electronics necessary to understand the principles of operation of the following systems:
- Laboratory for automehatronics,
- Laboratory of Electronics
- Laboratory for Electronics
In September last year Polytechnical School signed a contract worth 130 000 euros with representatives of the company Elettronica Veneta whose innovative equipment together with modern teaching methods of the school will provide students with best education and thus also contribute to raising competitiveness of the region in applying knowledge gained in the automotive industry.
The opening ceremony and the promotion of laboratory equipment was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education, the City of Kragujevac and the Project Coordinator, Mr. Cristiano Fragassa.
